Akorri on The Upswing
During late 2007 and 2008, I spent a significant amount of time introducing my clients to a new, innovative product called Akorri BalancePoint. It was quite rewarding for me since this product was truly different and had solved some very troublesome headaches for a few key clients in a short amount of time.
Last month, Akorri had anounced that the company has expanded internationally into Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific by opening three new offices in the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Australia.
During the summer, they announced that they had increased its customer base by 160 percent since the first half of 2008. The second half of 2009 outlook seems also very good.
They were very smart to bring in seasoned executives Bill Simpson and Warren Mead from Virtual Iron to lead Worldwide and Channel Sales. Dan Miller formerly of HP, has demonstrated great success in Akorri’s backyard – the Northeastern U.S.
